The airtime rate with the $100 reload is 25¢ a minute. This
includes incoming calls and all outbound
calls within the USA. SMS messages cost 25¢ each.
Airtime Rates -
Calls to Europe with the T-Mobile prepaid sim card are
approximately $2.00 per minute.
If you will calling overseas frequently, We also have another
option that allows you to call over seas from 8¢ a minute. Be
sure to call us at 800- 872-7626 extension 110 to find
out about your options.
For Example calls to the UK start at just 8¢ a minute for
the International LD fees.
The T-Mobile prepaid sim for the USA would need to be reloaded in a
month to remain active. After the SIM is reloaded, you will have 90
days before another reload needs to be purchased. Your unused call time
will roll over into the next 90 day period if you make arrangements
for us to make a single reload within 88 days of the original
activation date, or from your last reload.
We will send you a fully activated SIM card with an assigned
mobile number. We will do all the up front activation and account set
up work for you and include the SIM with your new phone. This
alone represents hours of customer service, waiting on hold or in
store lines you are going to skip. (If you need your SIM activated at
a later date this can be arranged, call for details).
If your phone asks you for a PIN number after you put the SIM in
your phone either use the last four digits of your phone number, or
the default: 1234.
The T-Mobile prepaid SIM may need to be reloaded once every 90 days to
keep the account current unless the $199 reload is purchased, which is
good for 1 year.
Reloads are available from Smartcards in the
