Simply add airtime once every 12 months to keep your SIM active. The service comes with about 38 outgoing minutes on the SIM included in the starter pack. Additional minutes are added by purchasing reloads. Reloads are available in$99.89 increments. By purchasing one reload (or more) at $99.89 each now, you will get approximately 2 hours of talk-time in Zone 1. Activating Your Phone Your phone will have a pre-assigned mobile number and will be ready to use straight out of the package, no activation is necessary. Callers from the USA would have to dial internationally to reach you unless you opt for our 800 number service, or our Smartforward service which gives you a USA toll number based in Washington D.C.

Placing A Call Using Your Phone
To make a call with your Executive Travpak, you will dial a Plus (+) symbol, the country code, the number and then press "Send" or "Yes". Instead of putting the phone to your ear immediately, wait about two seconds and the phone will ring back, alerting you to answer the phone. Press the Send or Yes key and you will hear your call go through.
Just dial: + , country code, city code, the phone number (country code is 1 for USA) and the Send or Yes key to reach any number. Do not put the phone to your ear, but wait for the phone to call you back. In these few seconds, the phone calls you back and you control the calling rate per minute and save.
You will hear your balance whenever you make a phone call, but there may be occasions where you would like to find out your balance without having to make a call. It is important for you to frequently check your balance, so that you will know as far in advance as possible when you need to add more time. To check your balance at anytime, simply dial 089 and send.
When calling from the USA to your international number, callers will have to dial 011 followed by your international number.
